Hi there, to any of you still reading. I have started my new job. It will be difficult, but I have a good feeling. It's only my 10th day on the job, but my gut feeling can usually be trusted. The people are good, friendly, competent, helpful.
Life is much quieter because I leave my bed at 5:45 a.m. and I start work at 7:30 a.m. For the time being I finish up at 4:30. I had to buy a watch. I've not worn a watch since May of 1996. It's a pretty watch.
I have to go to bed. I'll try to write weekly. In November, I think I'll post excerpts of what I am churning out. I've still not settled on a story. I've got a character and I'm settling on a story. I've still no idea how to write a novel, but I register next week and move forward regardless.
