Defiant.

Yes, I am defiant. I have been many weeks away from this here blog and I defy you to give me grief.

I watched a very bad movie last night. For me, the problem with Ms. Berry's Catwoman is that she moves like a lizard. At least the special effects Catwoman moves like a lizard. Ms. Berry moved like a college co-ed trying to get a boy to grab her ass and drag her off to a corner for a make-out session. And what's with pronouncing "Bioline" "bi-u-leen". Even in French it would be more like b.o.leen. Still, I did watch the entire thing. Sucker that I am for a B movie.

It's hot today. I'm depressed for I can feel summer in the air.

I knit with the most fabulous yarn the other day. From knitpicks. Cheap, soft, wonderful. I only bought a few skeins as a test, but I was pleasantly surprised. Usually yarn this cheap feels like the sheared if off the hoary, bullish sheep with 8 years of fleece resembling steel wool and who spent most of his life wallowing in hair sharpening dust. Knitpicks yarn is amazing. I am going to spend obscene amounts of money (difficult to do, I assure you) and buy yarn for scarves and maybe even a sweater for my seester. I do owe her one. Long time.

So, I did make three lovely hats with the lovely lovely yarn and will make many more lovely items and enjoy every moment of the lovely yarn.
