F1, doll

Yes. Formula 1. The first race of the year was Sunday. I still haven't finished it! I know, it's killing me to have to stay away from all my F1 reading, but I hope to finish watching the race tonight or tomorrow.

Not much to write about. I have these flashes of brilliance or at least moderately entertaining thoughts a couple of times a day, but usually when I'm flying down the freeway or in the shower. By the time I am able to write, all that's left is the vague recollection that isn't worth sharing with myself. So. Not so much writing to do tonight.

I gave H. her Christmas gift las week. I know. A touch over 3 months late isn't so bad, I think. She laughed and was happy. I made her a doll. The doll was intended to resemble, loosely, the 10th Dr. Who (played by David Tennant - a YouTube link). H. likes Dr. Who and adores David Tennant. As you see below, the doll is a bit on the generic side. We decided he could be any tall, brunette British actor she chooses him to be.

Oh, dearest sister, how did I wrong you? I have been begging you to make Evie a doll with limbs since she was a wee bean in my belly.
