Photos uploaded to Flickr from my trip to Montana and last weekend's Good Neighbor Airshow at Peachtree-Dekalb Airport.
Updates... the foster kitty was returned to her family. She seems happily resettled. The little girl is doing well, all things considered.
My English class has started up again. There are seven students on the roster and two showed Saturday. We were able to spend the first hour of class talking and still worked our way through two lessons. The main goal of the class is functional knowlege and comfort with speaking, so I'm quite alright with an hour of chat... fits right into my curriculum.
The classes are held in the elementary school of a private academy here in Atlanta; it was a bit surreal walking into the classroom as the school year is over and the room was filled with moving boxes and a damp, unclean carpet smell. I think I'll like having the class over summer as it means I don't have to take so much time to ensure the room is left exactly as the day teacher wants it.
Working on my application to the Peace Corps.
Working out a few days a week and, though I've not lost much weight, I look a little smaller.
Taking the GRE Thursday... yeah. We'll see.
Heading to Charlotte Saturday after class to see Phoenix! And, of course, tour Charlotte Motor Speedway.
