There are new pictures on Flickr! I am quite proud of myself. I've been holding photos in my camera since July 18th. That's sad. So, no longer sad.

Nanowrimo starts in 9 days. I have a premise, the main character's name and a bit of his background. Currently, I am researching for the setting; luckily for me, I've hit upon an idea that incorporates my newest obsession - tower cranes - into the story. The research is fun.
My hope is to actually finish this year... 1,667 words doesn't seem like a lot until you have to crank out that or more every day for a month. Last year was the first year I seriously considered finishing, but, alas, I was about 30,000 words shy. This year... maybe a year of accomplishment?
