My nephew turned one last month. These two pics are from the gathering we had in celebration. Not the full party as had been planned because O. had had a fever the day before. The invited non-family declined to come because those involved were either on this side of recovering from an illness or bringing a wee bairn with them. So, just us. But it was good.

I uploaded photos to my computer last night... the last time I'd done that? February. I've no idea what lovely surprise photos are in store for me when I go through them this weekend.

So. Here's O. (the cake was a blue robot done by Aunt J - and it was cool)














And E. waiting for her turn at the cake. LOVE that hair. It makes her head look huge in this shot. It's really a lovely, normal sized head. She appears to have inherited her mother's texture and her father's curls.
