I just made the best egg salad in the world. Mmm! So good.
Despite being on the medicine to kill the strep, yesterday I felt like I'd been hit by a truck. Crazy. I left work and put myself to bed. I do feel better today. Still, even it it weren't a NASCAR Sunday, I'd be planted on the couch.
I'm going to go enjoy some more of my fabulous egg salad on a cracker now. Mmm!
